How long does an inspection take?
The typical inspection takes 4-6 hours. This varies from house to house depending on size, age, and other factors.
Should I attend the home inspection?
I encourage all my clients to come four hours after the scheduled inspection time. This gives me time to focus during the inspection and keeps you from spending your time waiting. This also helps me achieve my goal of giving you an accurate and detailed report. Once you arrive at the four-hour mark, I will be able to walk you through my findings and answer any questions that you have.
How will I receive the report?
Your report will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Are home inspectors licensed?
All Ohio home inspectors must be licensed by the state of Ohio.
